An installation is only half the job; looking after your mobility product correctly and having the regular maintenance plays a big part in allowing the product to give you trouble free use for numerous years to come.

Once your lift’s initial warranty period expires, or if you already have a stair lift installed, one of our excellent service plans will be available to you*. Giving you the option to choose a range of cover that suits your needs and budgets from our comprehensive maintenance package (Gold Service Plan) to our simple pay as you go package (Silver Service Plan).

*Stairlifts not installed by Higher Elevation Ltd can still be offered a service contract, subject to a paid for inspection visit to assess the condition and age of the lift.

Serving a small area ensures there is always a nearby local Higher Elevation engineer to attend our breakdown service within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our engineers are highly trained and certified in all leading makes and models of Stairlifts, Wheelchair Platform Lifts, Ceiling Hoists and Home Lifts. 

All our engineers are fully vetted, and DBS checked. They carry company identification and will always be in Higher Elevation uniform. This is for reassurance for our customers knowing that the person entering their home is trained, insured, and fully trustworthy – all checks we would want for our own families.

Having a stairlift installed by Higher Elevation Ltd will as standard come with one of our warranty plans, these are either 12, 24, 36 or 60 months in length, your quotation will specify which one. 

All of our warranty plans include an annual service visit per year, all callouts in and out of office hours and all spare parts that maybe required due to a mechanical failure. 

Whilst our warranty period is very comprehensive and covers many faults due to manufacturing defects or mechanical failure of the product, the warranty period does not cover accidental damage, misuse or vandalism, cosmetic items such as upholstery and covers or excessive wear and tear. 

When having a rental stairlift installed by Higher Elevation Ltd means that your monthly charges covers; any callouts in and out of office hours, and any spare parts all that maybe required due to a mechanical failure. An annual service visit will also take place 6-months after the initial installation, then annual thereafter. 

As like our warranty cover, your monthly rental covers many faults due to manufacturing defects or mechanical failure of the product, the rental however does not cover accidental damage, misuse or vandalism, cosmetic items such as upholstery and covers or excessive wear and tear.
