Having made the call to your 24-hour service, a call was returned the next day and the gentleman was extremely helpful in making sure we tried everything we could to resolve the problem ourselves before confirming on site attendance was really needed. An engineer arrived promptly and again was extremely helpful. The lift had broken parts and was unable to be fixed on site, and so the unit was taken away for repairs in your workshop, which was undertaken very quickly and at minimal cost to us. At all times the seriousness of the breakdown was fully appreciated by everybody we spoke to, and, as such, every effort was made to ensure that the unit was repaired and re-installed as quickly as possible. The complete service that was provided to us was exceptional. My mother is totally dependent upon the stairlift to provide her with mobility, and this particular problem occurred at a time when my father, who helps care for my mother when at home, had been taken in to hospital, so the need for the stairlift was even more important.
