How much does a reconditioned stairlift cost?

The cost of a reconditioned stairlift with vary depending if you need a straight or a curved stairlift. Prices will vary depending on the installing company and will factor in the make, manufacture and age of the stairlift. For guidance a typical straight reconditioned lift will average between £1200 - £2500 and a curved stairlift will average between £2000 - £4500. 

How old will the reconditioned stairlift be?

Each installing company may have different policies. At Higher Elevation we do not reinstall a reconditioned stairlift that is over 3 years old.

Does the reconditioned stairlift come with a warranty?

Yes, all reconditioned stairlifts should be provided with a warranty period after the installation. As standard our warranty on reconditioned stairlifts are 12 full months including one service visit.

What is the maintenance schedule on a reconditioned stairlift?

It is recommended that a stairlift is service within the first 6 months of an installation, then annually thereafter. 

How long does it take to install a reconditioned stairlift?

The installation times varies from 1 - 6 hours depending if the stairlift is straight or curved.
