    What is the weight capacity for outdoor stairlifts?

    The lifting capacity can be up to 30 stone / 190kg. However, the weight capacity will vary from manufacture to manufacture, therefore please do check the specification in the product brochures. 

    How long does it take to install an outdoor stairlift?

    The installation of an outdoor stairlift may vary on your staircase, but typically it could take from 2 hours to one day installation. 

    What type of outdoor stairlifts do you offer?

    We are independent to a range of manufactures offering stairlifts for straight and curved staircases. More information on the product ranges can be found at the top of this page. 

    What kind of safety features do your outdoor stairlifts have?

    All outdoor stairlifts have the safety features of a seatbelt, directional controls & remotes, safety edges and key switch isolation.  

    What is the maintenance schedule for an outdoor stairlift?

    The manufacture's recommendation is that the stairlift should be serviced by a competent trained professional once a year. Our warranty period will include one service visit within 6 months of the installation. Maintenance should then be carried out annually thereafter.
