Aware that a huge percentage of our customer base is in the higher risk age category we want to reassure our customers that we are monitoring the situation very closely and are following government guidelines and advice with the ongoing situation with the spread of Coronavirus.

We are issuing our staff with regular updates detailing the latest government to advise. Our staff has been armed with instructions on handwashing, how to reduce the risk of spreading the virus and have issued hand sanitiser to all field-based staff.

Our employees are also following all government advice concerning self-isolation.

Our priority is health and safety and we will continue to track the situation closely so we can minimise risk to our customers and employees.

Our statement will be based on and in accordance with the governments' guidelines, this will be reviewed daily were necessary.

 

If you are experiencing any of the following:

  • A new continuous cough
  • A high temperature

However mild, stay at home and do not leave your house for 7 days from symptoms starting. You are not required to call NHS 111 to go into self-isolation.

If your symptoms during self-isolation worsen or are no better after 7-days, please contact NHS 111 online. If you have no internet access, you should call NHS 111.

Prevent the spreading of Coronavirus by:

  • Frequently and thoroughly clean hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or soap and water;
  • When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue – throw the tissue away immediately and wash hands;
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth;
  • Avoid close contact with anyone who has a fever or cough
  • Clean and disinfect regularly touched objects and surfaces
