Being Awarded the Best Service Award 2018 was a big highlight for Higher Elevation Limited and a real honour in our industry to accept this national trade award.

The British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) is the oldest healthcare association in the UK representing the healthcare and assistive technology industry. As members we adhere to a Code of Practice ensuring you get advice and guidance about the products you need to maintain your independence. The Code of Practice has been granted approval under the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme (CCAS). After (CCAS) BHTA actively monitors members comply with the code and are audited annually itself by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.

Entering the Maidstone Business Awards for two categories; Small Business and Customer Service, was a new experience for Higher Elevation Ltd. It was great to meet the judges and showcase what we can do and what we provide to our customers daily.

Hearing we had been selected as finalists for both our categories was an amazing surprise and then to go on to become Winners and Runners up was outstanding recognition for our team.
