Higher Elevation were the first in the South East to be awarded the prestigious Stannah Certificate of Excellence in 2014.

This certifies that our engineers install your stairlift to the exact standards required by Stannah. Many companies are currently going through the process of trying to get certified by Stannah, but very few companies completely meet the requirements. but we are committed to making sure that you receive the best possible service and that your stairlift is installed professionally with minimum fuss and disruption.

As part of the certification process our engineers must undergo extensive training and on site assessment. Training includes the installation process, fault finding & servicing, to ensure our work meets the high standards set by Stannah the leading Stairlift manufacturer.


The Certificate of Excellence is unique and industry leading, ensuring we provide the standard of service you demand. Even after receiving the certification, our engineers are assessed regularly by Stannah to ensure that the high standards are kept up. The assessments cover all straight, curved and outdoor models; so you can be safe in the knowledge that our engineers are fully trained and assessed.

The Stannah Certificate of Excellence is an on-going scheme. Stannah continue to visit us in our offices annually as well, checking our staff and procedures, to ensure that we reach their high standards when we sell and distribute their stairlifts.
